About Us

Model Village Unit One, is a boating condominium community, consisting of 30 condos, located in the historic Olde Marco section of Marco Island, FL.  Located on a direct access canal leading to the Gulf of Mexico.  The water views augment the beauty of the grounds with sightings of dolphins and manatee in our canal. 

Our location is prime! We are within walking distance to multiple restaurants, shops and bars. A dive shop and marina with boat and jet ski rentals are right across the street.  The famous Snook Inn - Chickee and Tiki Bar is a hop, skip and a jump from Model Village.  Also nearby, on the same street, are bike and fun cart rental facilities.

Our beautifully landscaped grounds are lush and our large swimming pool with it’s brick pavers invite you to sit back, relax and enjoy the Florida sun.

Owners and renters alike gather at the pool house for organized social events. "It's  4 o'clock somewhere"  daily sunset cocktails are enjoyed by owners and renters alike.

Regular social events and trips are planned by the social committee.  All are welcome.

Model Village offers easy in and out access.  

Amenities include a pool, pool deck with lounge chairs, a pool house/social room, BBQ grill, fishing docks, assigned paved parking, laundry room (most condos have an in unit washer and dryer-check with your rental owner) and cable television. WiFi is available in the pool house/social room and pool area as well as in most of the condos.
