Parking Policy

MODEL VILLAGE PARKING POLICY
 
**ALL VEHICLES PARKING ON MODEL VILLAGE PROPERTY MUST HAVE A PARKING PASS VISIBILY DISPLAYED ON THE DASHBOARD OR VEHICLE IS SUBJECT TO BEING TOWED**
  • Model Village has assigned parking. 
  • The unit number corresponds with the parking space number. 
  • Only park in the assigned parking space. 
  • Visitors can use the spaces marked "visitors". (Parking pass is still required.) 
Be sure to register per the registration policy when you arrive and specify your vehicle's plate number.  Non-registered vehicles will be towed.

Parking pass to be provided by unit owner.
