LONG TERM RENTALS

All renters/lessees must fill out the required forms.

Long Term - 30 days or longer

Short Term- 29 days or shorter

Long Term Forms:

A. Long Term renters must complete the following forms and provide Model Village with a copy of the lease agreement. Check with the condo owner regarding supplying the signed lease agreement to Model Village.

B. Background checks are required on all long term rentals. There are fees associated with the background checks. Checks for appropriate fees must be submitted at the time of application for lease.

Rules and Regulations

For Registration Form Only: If not completed in advance, all renters/lessees/guests/owners must fill out a registration form upon arrival to Model Village.

Failure to register may result in a fine.

Any concerns, questions or issues with the condo rented is the responsibility of the condo owner. Call the owner or rental agency for assistance.
