SHORT TERM RENTALS
 
Registration forms are required for safety reasons.  

All renters/lessees must fill out the required registration forms.
Long Term - 30 days or longer
Short Term- 29 days or shorter
 
 
To be received a minimum 24 hours in advance of occupancy.
 
This is the REQUIRED registration for Short Term Renters and non-owner accompanied guests on Model Village Property.
 
     
Failure to register will result in a fine.
 
Any concerns, questions, or issues with the condo rented is the responsibility of the condo owner.  Call the owner or rental agency for assistance.
