Rental Policy
All renters/lessees must fill out the required forms:
Long Term - 30 days or longer
Short Term- 29 days or shorter
Owners, renters and guests must register upon arrival. It's important to know who is residing at Model Village in case of an emergency.

* If you need special assistance, in case of an emergency, specify on your registration form so we can notify emergency personnel as needed. The elevator may be inoperable in an emergency.
